WPCU to Host Upcoming Financial Learning Summit

Wright-Patt Credit Union, Inc.® (WPCU) is hosting a Financial Learning Summit this fall. Attendees will receive three financial learning classes on budgeting, credit and debt management along with planning for the future. The Financial Learning Summit will be held at The Ohio State University Fawcett Center on Saturday, October 28th from 9:00am – 3:00pm. Buckeye fans should not worry as the game against Wisconsin is later that evening.

Included with the registration is breakfast, lunch, light refreshments, onsite parking, financial resources toolkit,  1-on-1 financial coaching, and access to budgeting, credit and debt management and retirement planning materials.

Columbus residents are encouraged to register in advance by visiting WPCU.coop/Summit. Please note: Residents do not need to be a member of Wright-Patt Credit Union to attend. 

“We find that one of the best ways to care for our members and community is through financial learning, and we are excited to bring this program to the Columbus community,” said Amy McDermott, Manager of Business Development. “Summit attendees will learn about skills that will help them navigate their personal financial journey and ultimately achieve their goals.”

Doors will open at 9:00 a.m. at the Fawcett Center. WPCU Financial Coaches will be onsite to answer financial questions and provide more information about WPCU products and services. Mark Yandura, CFS* Financial Advisor at Wright-Patt Credit Union®, will be there to help you start planning for your future and answer any retirement planning questions you may have.
