Your Wright-Patt Credit Union® (WPCU®) account statement is getting a fresh new look! We’re making updates to make your statement clearer and more informative for you. Take a moment to explore what’s changing!
Reviewing Your Account Statement Matters—Now More Than Ever
- Spot Errors or Fraud Early – reviewing your statement regularly can help identify unauthorized transactions or unusual activity.
- Understand Your Spending – your statement can provide a snapshot of your financial habits. Use it to track where your money goes and to make informed decisions.
- Stay on Top of Fees – being able to see any fees you’ve been charged can help you manage your account better.
Here's What's Coming:
The last four digits of your account number, the statement period, and page number will now be displayed in the top right corner of each page.

WPCU’s contact information will now be found on the back of the first page of your statement, along with important information about how to report errors or questions about your electronic transfers and open-end loan accounts.

- Your statement will list each individual share/loan account and displays the beginning balance, total withdrawals, total deposits, and ending balance for each.
- Your relationship status will now be shown above your Account Summary.

- Deposit/withdrawal summaries, as well as beginning/ending balances, will now be displayed below transaction history.
- Deposits/withdrawals will now be shown in separate columns within transaction history.
- Rep Payees, Custodians, and Trustees will now be listed for each share account.

- Your maturity date will now be displayed in the account header with the account name.
- For IRAs, IRS withholding amounts and any penalties will now be summarized at the end of transaction history.
- IRA Dividends Earned Year to Date will now be displayed as Nontax Dividend YTD.

Total for This Period and Total Year-To-Date for these fees will now be displayed in a table making them easier to read.

- Beginning/ending balances will be displayed within transaction history.
- Minimum Payment Due and Payment Due Date will now be displayed at the end of transaction history.
- Total Interest Charged This Year is will now be displayed as Interest Paid YTD in the loan header with the loan name.
- Fee Summary, YTD Fee Totals, and Interest Charged Calculation will no longer be included. For information on how interest was calculated, please refer to your loan account disclosure or call our Member Help Center.

- Beginning/ending balances will be displayed within transaction history.
- Credit Limit, Available Credit, Minimum Payment Due, and Payment Due Date will now be displayed to the right above transaction history.
- Credit Limit and Available Credit will now be displayed for StretchPay Line of Credit.

Mortgage loan summaries will no longer be listed on WPCU statements. If you have a mortgage loan with WPCU, you currently receive separate statements from WPCU’s mortgage servicer, myCUmortgage®, as they are able to provide a more detailed view of your loan history, escrow, and payments.
