Upgrades Coming to Your Member Experience
At Wright-Patt Credit Union® (WPCU®), we’re always looking for ways to improve our products, services and technology so that we can deliver more value and better service to our members. That’s why we’re excited to let you know about several upcoming changes throughout the remainder of 2025 designed to make managing your money easier, faster and more secure.
Why is WPCU Making These Changes?
As your caring financial partner, we put you and our other members at the forefront of everything we do. As a result, while a few of these updates are a result of changes being made by third-party vendors we partner with to provide services to you, most of them are being made to allow us to better serve you and make it easier for you to access your accounts and manage your money.
Keeping You Informed of the Changes So You Can Be Prepared
We want you to be well informed in advance of these changes so that you know what to expect and can be prepared. That’s why we’re providing this special page on our website. Check back here throughout the rest of the year for updates, frequently asked questions and more information on how to take advantage of these changes and new enhanced benefits.
Review the information below to learn more. Please note: The dates listed for each of these changes, as well as the specific features and benefits, are tentative and may change as we continue though development. Additional communications and information will be provided as needed for each of the changes.
In November (postponed from October), we’re migrating our website — WPCU.coop —to a new platform to allow us to provide an even better online digital experience for members in the future, as well as improve site speed, search functionality and more.
While we do not expect there to be many visible changes to your user experience, you may experience some minor differences or things might look just a little bit different to you.
Recent Changes
Call-24 has been upgraded to a new, voice-driven system. This exciting upgrade has been designed to make your Call-24 experience faster, smoother and even more helpful.
Note: If you prefer using touch-tone with the number on your phone to request transactions, that option is still available by pressing or saying 1 at the start of the call.
The new Call-24 system walks you through each step using a conversational approach. You can check balances, make transfers between accounts and even pay your WPCU loans by saying things like:
- "Check my savings account balance."
- "Transfer $75 from checking to savings."
- "I want to make a payment on my new car loan."
You can access the Call-24 system anytime, day or night, by calling (937) 912-8000 or toll-free at (800) 336-7277.
Quick Tips for Using the New Call-24:
- There’s no setup required in advance. Simply call (937) 912-8000 or (800) 336-7277 and follow the new voice prompts to begin. If you’ve never used Call-24 before, the system will walk you through how to set up your PIN.
- Speak naturally. There’s no need to memorize specific phrases, requests or commands.
- Follow the voice prompts. The new Call-24 system is designed to help guide you through your requests with conversational prompts and instructions.
- Complete account transactions in a modern way. Request many transactions in Call-24, such as checking account balances, transferring funds between accounts, and making loan payments – now in a more modern way.
- Need assistance? Simply press * and an agent will gladly assist you during regular business hours.
- Prefer Touch-Tone? If you prefer using the numbers on your phone instead of talking, touch-tone, number-based navigation is available by pressing or saying 1 at the start of the call.

Beginning with your September 2025 quarterly statement (statement redesign delayed from August statements to September statements), your primary WPCU account statement features an updated look.
Most of the changes on the new design are subtle and simply intended to make your statement easier to read.
Here are just a few of the changes you can expect:
- A full-color layout with a cleaner, easier-to-read design.
- To make it easier for you to manage your accounts, the account summary at the beginning of your statement lists each of your share and loan accounts individually, instead of combining similar types of accounts together as they are today.
- Separate columns for deposits and withdrawals within your share account transaction history, making each transaction easier to identify.
- Streamlined closed-end loan information, resulting in fewer pages.
- Account information for first mortgages no longer appears on WPCU’s main account statements since members already receive separate statements from WPCU’s mortgage servicer, myCUmortgage, and they are able to provide a much more detailed view of your loan history, escrow, and payments.
Thank you for your continued patience and understanding as we’ve worked through the challenges many members experienced following our credit card conversion last October. We heard your frustration and have been working hard to restore some of the card features and functionality available before the conversion, as well as provide new card features and benefits.
In November, we added new features and benefits that make it easier for cardholders to access and manage their WPCU credit, debit and HSA cards from one single “Cards Center” within WPCU’s consumer Mobile and Online Banking*. These features and benefits include:
- Card Activation – Activate a new credit, debit or HSA card.
- Lost or Stolen Cards – Temporarily turn your card off or report it as lost or stolen and request a new card.
- Self-Service Travel Notifications – Let WPCU know when you’ll be traveling so we don’t decline debit or credit card purchases made in areas outside your usual spending patterns as part of our fraud protection efforts.
- Alerts and Controls – Set transaction limits, enable near real-time transaction alerts and restrict use of your card at select merchant types or through select channels such as online and/or while in person at a store.
- Create and Update Card Nicknames – Assign nicknames for your cards for easy identification.
- eStatements – View your credit card statements in the same place as your other WPCU account statements, with quick access to your eStatements via the new Cards Center.
Update: We are still working on the ability to receive card information digitally when you request a new card. While we had originally planned to include this feature with the other enhancements in 2025, unfortunately, this specific enhancement is being delayed until early 2026. Watch for additional communication early next year. We apologize for the delay.
*The changes listed in this section will not apply to businesses using WPCU’s business Mobile and Online Banking.
In November, WPCU’s Mobile and Online Banking received a few minor updates to the overall look and user experience.
While these changes do not have much of an impact on how you use Online and Mobile Banking, they are intended to make your “My Accounts” and “Account History” pages cleaner, simpler and easier to use. The updates include:
- Online Banking:
- Ability to customize the layout and order of the widgets on your “My Accounts” page.
- See a summary of your total deposits and total loans at WPCU at the top of your “My Accounts” page.
- New icons at the top of your “My Accounts” page allowing you to quickly navigate to frequently used features.
- Mobile Banking:
- Ability to quickly switch between different shares and loans on your account right from your “Account History” page.
