How to Access and Use Lifestyle Rewards
Online Banking:
- Log in to WPCU's Online Banking
- Select "Cards Center," then "Credit Card Rewards"

- Log in to the WPCU Mobile App
- Select "Cards Center" from the menu at the bottom of your screen, then tap "Credit Card Rewards."

Please note: When you access this new redemption site for the first time you will be asked to accept new Terms & Conditions.
Business Online Banking:
- Log in to WPCU's Business Online Banking
- Select "Cards Center," then "Credit Card Rewards".
Note: For Business Banking Members, Secondary Admins will need to receive access from the Primary Admin in Business Online Banking in order to view or redeem points.

- Select "More" from the menu at the bottom of your screen
- Select "Cards Center," then tap "Credit Card Rewards."

Note: Please allow up to 3 business days for your points to calculate and post after making transactions.

Redeem Your Points for Cash Back
It’s easy to redeem your points for cash back and deposit funds into your checking or savings account.
Simply select "Cash Back" from the homepage and then choose the amount to redeem (minimum of $25) and the account you'd like the funds deposited to.
Note: Redemption value for points is 100 points = $1.00 cash back. Cash back will be deposited to your checking/savings account within 3-7 business days.

Real-Time Rewards
With Real-Time Rewards, you can use your points to pay for purchases. Choose from these convenient options:
- Pay with Points: Use your points to cover the cost of eligible transactions you’ve already made. You’ll receive a credit on your Platinum Rewards card statement.
- Checkout with Points: Use your rewards card at participating merchants and redeem your rewards points for a discount toward a qualifying purchase at checkout.
For example:
1,000 points = $5 off per transaction
2,000 points = $10 off per transaction
- Fuel with Points: Use your rewards card at any participating station when fueling up, and you can redeem your points for rewards at the pump.
2,000 points = $0.50 off per gallon, up to 20 gallons.

Wright-Patt Credit Union Lifestyle Rewards is a program that offers points for qualifying purchases made with your Wright-Patt Credit Union Platinum Rewards credit card. Points may be redeemed for everything from gas to groceries to travel and more (login to your rewards account to see all redemption options) or gifted to another rewards member.
Cash back can be redeemed to your Wright-Patt Credit Union checking or savings accounts.

All Wright-Patt Credit Union Platinum Rewards credit cards are automatically enrolled in the Platinum Rewards program and can earn points with qualifying purchases.

Your Platinum Rewards credit card accrues one and a half (1.5) points for every $1.00 in qualifying net purchases.

A qualifying transaction means every eligible transaction that is charged to your eligible Rewards Credit Card(s) covered by the Rewards Program. No points are earned for finance charges, fees, cash advances, ATM withdrawals, foreign transaction currency conversion charges, or insurance charges posted to your account.

Points earned on all qualifying cards issued under the same account number are automatically combined for you.

You can check your points by logging into Mobile or Online Banking or by calling (800) 762-0047 or (937) 912-7000. Look for the link called Credit Card Rewards under Cards Center. When you click on "Credit Card Rewards" it will take you to the rewards website where you can view and redeem your points.

The minimum point requirement to redeem for cash back is 2,500 points which is $25.00.
All other minimum points requirements vary by redemption option chosen.

Points, once earned, are valid for up to thirty-six (36) months, and expire on the last day of the month, thirty-six (36) months after the date of issuance. Points are tracked and redeemable on a first-in, first-out basis.

Your Wright-Patt Credit Union Rewards points are connected to your Wright-Patt Credit Union Platinum Rewards account number, not your card number. This means previously earned points are never lost, nor do they need to be transferred – even if your card is blocked, lost or stolen.
