Tired of having to use a verification code every time you log in on your personal device? Set your preferences to recognize your trusted phone, tablet, or computer. After logging into our Mobile Banking App, go to “More," then select “settings" and toggle “remember this device" to “on." When logging into Online Banking, select “private" device and the system will remember your device as long as you have cookies enabled on your browser.
Find Your Account Number
Did you know you can look up your account number through Mobile and Online Banking? On the Mobile Banking App, simply click “show details" on any of your account history pages. The ACH number displayed is the account number needed for transfers and direct deposits. To find this in Online Banking, select an account and then click on “account details."
Troubleshooting Mobile Deposits
Our Mobile Banking App allows you to deposit checks on-the-go with the convenient Mobile Deposit feature. Our auto-capture function even takes a photo of your check automatically. Make sure that all of the check information is clearly readable in the captured image. If not, try taking a photo in an area with more lighting. If your Mobile Deposit is rejected, you can find out why in the history tab. Go to Check Deposit, then tap “history" at the top of the screen, select your deposit, and the app will display the current status of that deposit as well as additional details such as any noted reasons for rejection.
More Transaction History
Sometimes it can be helpful to go back to older transactions, especially during tax season. Your main transaction history will display transactions for the past year, but you can actually go back further by looking at your eStatements. To view your transaction history longer than a year ago in Online Banking, hover over “additional services" and then click “eStatements."
