Ivy B. Glover earned this recognition for her transformative leadership at Wright-Patt Credit Union®, where she serves as Director of Community Impact & Development and Executive Director of the Sunshine Community Fund. She founded the Finances in Focus program, delivering measurable improvements in credit scores, debt reduction, and long-term financial stability for participants, and is currently leading major initiatives like the Northwest Dayton housing effort aimed at expanding affordable homeownership.

Her work reflects the core values of the credit union movement by connecting financial education, inclusion, and community investment to improve lives.
