Wright-Patt Credit Union (WPCU) is proud to announce that Mr. Daniel G. Smith was named Chief Financial Officer. Smith joins WPCU with over 25 years of finance leadership in multiple consumer finance areas.

Most recently, Mr. Smith was at Fifth Third Bank for more than eight years, with assignments that included capital planning coordination for the Consumer Bank, pricing and balance sheet forecasting, and financial decision support for the Retail Banking and Consumer Lending business units. Prior to Fifth Third, Smith served KeyBank for 20 years with multiple business unit finance roles in National Consumer Finance, Education Resources, Marine/RV Lending and Auto Finance.

Mr. Smith received his MBA in Finance from Cleveland State University and completed his undergraduate degree in Business Administration at the College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY. A native of Ireland, he resides in Loveland, OH with his wife and two sons.
