The Dayton Business Journal has named this year's Best Places to Work awards honorees. There are 37 total companies named as honorees including Wright-Patt Credit Union.
The DBJ has four categories for the awards, with companies chosen in Micro (10 to 24 employees); Small (25 to 49 employees); Medium (50 to 199 employees); and Large (200-plus employees).
Quantum Research surveys employees of nominated companies on staff engagement, team effectiveness, manager effectiveness and other workplace best practices. The results of the employee surveys are then tallied and the companies are ranked from highest score to lowest within each size category.
