Dayton, OH – Wright-Patt Credit Union (WPCU) has been recognized as a top credit union in Ohio by Forbes. On multiple occasions, Forbes has singled out WPCU for its high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Market research firm Statista surveyed more than 25,000 credit union members across the United States for opinions on current and former banking relationships. Each credit union was scored on overall recommendations and satisfaction as well as five subcategories: trust, terms and conditions, branch services, digital services, and financial advice. WPCU scored exceptionally well in all areas surveyed and was necessary to receive this honor; less than 4 percent of all credit unions in America achieved scores high enough to be recognized by Forbes.
