We all know saving money is important, but getting into the habit of saving regularly is often easier said than done. That's why Wright-Patt Credit Union® (WPCU®) is excited to introduce Save to Win — a fun, new way to level up your savings!

A Savings Account with a Twist

With Save to Win, rather than earning dividends, every $25 you save earns you an entry for a chance to win cash prizes.

There are $117,000 in national prizes up for grabs this year. In addition, you could win up to $10,000 from our $114,625 WPCU member-only prize pool in 2024!

Here's How Save to Win Works:

  1. Open a Save to Win Account
    Get started online, schedule an appointment at your nearest WPCU Member Center, or call our Member Help Center.
  2. Start Saving
    For every $25 you save in your Save to Win account, you'll earn an entry into monthly, quarterly and annual drawings for a chance to win cash prizes from our WPCU member-only prize pool and a national prize pool.
  3. Keep It Up!
    Prizes are awarded monthly, quarterly and annually, with chances to win each month — so continue saving! Every $25 you save is another chance to win big!

Unlike lotteries and games of chance, with Save to Win, you get to keep the hard-earned money you've saved. Reach your savings goals and have some fun along the way with a chance to win even more!

  • Month 1
    • Starting Balance: $0
    • Ending Balance: $200
    • Total Entries: 8 (balance increased by $200)
  • Month 2
    • Starting Balance: $200
    • Ending Balance: $1,700
    • Total Entries for the Month: 60 (balance increased by $1,500)
  • Month 3
    • Starting Balance: $1,700
    • Ending Balance: $4,700
    • Total Entries for the Month: 100 (balance increased by $3,000, but caps at 100 entries)
  • Quarter 1
    • Entries for the Quarter: 168 (sum of monthly entries)

    • Starting Balance: $0
    • Ending Balance: $200
    • Total Entries: 8 (balance increased by $200)
  • Month 2
    • Starting Balance: $200 
    • Ending Balance: $1,700 
    • Total Entries: 60 (balance increased by $1,500) 
  • Month 3 
    • Starting Balance: $1,700 
    • Ending Balance: $1,000 
    • Total Entries: 0 (month-over-month balance did not increase by $25 or more) 
  • Quarter 1
    • Entries for the Quarter: 68 (sum of monthly entries – you do not lose the entries you earned in Month 1 and Month 2 even though you did not earn any entries in Month 3)
