At Wright-Patt Credit Union® (WPCU®), we have many convenient Member Center locations in Southwest and Central Ohio. The next time you need to meet with one of our Financial Coaches at a member center, we have new features to make it easy to plan your visit. Check out our flexible options:

1. Lobby Wait Times via Wait Smarter – great for last minute walk-ins!
   1. With Wait Smarter, you’ll be able to see the current wait time to meet with a Financial Coachat member centers within a certain distance from your current location. This makes it easy to choose a member center for the fastest service!
      1. Note: the lobby wait times listed are to meet with a Financial Coach for one-on-one matters. If you are simply in need of a teller transaction, just join the queue when you enter the member center.
   2. Now available on WPCU.coop by clicking “Lobby Wait Times” in our navigation!
      

2. Schedule an Appointment – now you can schedule appointments within a 4-hour window!
   1. If you want to plan your appointment with a WPCU® Financial Coach ahead of time, you can now schedule as early as within a 4-hour window!
   2. Simply click on “Schedule an Appointment” in our navigation on WPCU.coop, and select the Service, Location, and Time that meet your needs!
