We Sincerely Apologize for the Member Experience Around Our Credit Card Processor Conversion

Dear Members,

I want to personally apologize to you, our member-owners, who have experienced, and may continue to experience, challenges with your Wright-Patt Credit Union® (WPCU®) credit card.

All conversions come with challenges, but challenges that result in a negative experience for our members are unacceptable and I take responsibility for that. The conversion did not live up to our expectations or our standards. Some members have asked why we made the change when they were happy with what we were offering – much of the reasoning was based on significant limitations of what the former platform allowed us to offer members.

You have my personal commitment that we are relentlessly focused on getting the challenges and issues resolved. Some issues of functionality may take longer as we rely on our third-party partner. Please know that our team is working hard and feels your pain as many of them, and myself, are also WPCU credit cardholders.

We will continue to provide updates as issues are corrected or addressed.
