Wright-Patt Credit Union® (WPCU®) offers drive-up and walk-up PTMs located at several of our member centers in Central and Southwest Ohio. By using the cutting-edge Personal Tellers, you will have the opportunity to interact live with a Personal Experience Representative whenever you have a question. Make cash deposits, check deposits, cash withdrawals, balance inquiries and more! Personal Experience Representatives guide you through the process, step-by-step, to help you complete your transaction.
You can also use any WPCU PTM as an ATM! The ATM features, including withdrawals in $5 increments, deposits, checking balances and more, are available 24/7.

We are using Personal Tellers in some Miami Valley and Columbus Member Centers.

Hours vary by location. However, PTMs are available to be used in ATM mode 24/7. Simply input your ATM or Debit Card instead of tapping on the screen to access the ATM features.

Yes! PTMs are also able to be used as an ATM 24/7. To access ATM features, simply insert your ATM or Debit Card instead of tapping on the screen.

At select locations, we will be using Personal Tellers instead of our traditional tellers. Financial Coaches are still available to help you find ways to better manage your money and save more of it.

No, Personal Experience Representatives are located at a centralized location in Southwest or Central Ohio. This allows us to meet your members' transactional needs from even more locations, while still providing a personal touch.

The Personal Tellers can accept up to 30 checks or bills at a time.

Personal Tellers are unable to accept coins.

Personal Tellers can dispense loose coins. Financial Coaches at the Member Center can dispense rolled coins.

Yes, this service is available at PTMs that are located within a Member Center. Once you request your money order or cashier's check through the Personal Teller, you can pick up your money order/cashier's check at the Member Experience Desk by showing your identification.

Savings bonds cannot be redeemed at the Personal Tellers.

Yes, most changes to your account can be completed through a Personal Teller. For requests that cannot be completed through a Personal Teller, a Financial Coach at the Member Center will be happy to assist you.
