• In accordance with the Credit Card Act of 2009, borrowers applying for a credit card under the age of 21 must submit a written application and show proof of “ability to pay" indicating the underage consumer has independent means to make the minimum periodic payment on the debt based on the terms and conditions of the loan. If the individual cannot qualify independently, a co-signer who is over age 21 and has the ability to pay the debt is required.

• The U.S. Prime Rate used to determine your APRs for each quarter is the highest rate appearing in the Wall Street Journal on the last publication date of the calendar month that ends within the quarter. All terms, including the APRs and fees, are subject to change at any time, for any reason, in accordance with the Credit Card Agreement and applicable law.

• Your liability for the unauthorized use of your Card at a Debit/POS merchant is as follows: You will have zero liability for the unauthorized use of your Card provided: (1) you used reasonable care in safeguarding the Card from risk of loss or theft; (2) you have not reported two or more incidents of unauthorized use to the Credit Union in the immediately preceding 12 month period; and (3) your account is in good standing. In all other situations, the maximum liability for unauthorized transactions at a Debit/POS merchant will be $50.00.
