WPCU Credit Card System Upgrade

We are working diligently to restore member access to credit card account information, including transactions and payment history, in Mobile and Online Banking as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can access this information by calling (800) 762-0047 and choosing option 6, then option 2. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused you.

Please note, the way you access your credit card account information within Mobile and Online​ Banking will change. Be sure to watch for a message at the top of your accounts page within Mobile and Online Banking letting you know when access to account information is restored and providing instructions on how to access your information​.​

Can I Still Use My Credit Card(s)?

  • Yes, members can still use their credit cards in-store and online during this time.
  • Members with a Platinum Rewards credit card will still earn and accrue points as usual when using their card for qualifying purchases. 

Can I Still Make Payments?

  • Online Payments from an external account or financial institution are not currently available.
  • Members can still make payments to thei​r credit card via internal transfer in Mobile and Online Banking.​
    NOTE: Internal transfers to a credit card may not be reflected in your credit card balance or transaction history for up to 2 business days.
  • Members can also make a payment from another account or financial institution in person at a Member Center​.
  • Payments made to your WPCU credit card between October 11th and October 16th by 5:00 pm will be reflected in your available credit and credit card account balance on Thursday, October 17th.​
