Wright-Patt Credit Union Save to Win® Account Allows Members to Build Their Savings with a Chance to Win up to $10,000

​(Beavercreek, OH, June, 2024) – Wright-Patt Credit Union, Inc (WPCU ) members have won nearly $12,000 in local and national cash prizes since April 1st by opening a Save to Win account, a prize-linked savings account that helps consumers save money while earning chances to win cash prizes up to $10,000. By opening a Save to Win account, rather than earning dividends, for every $25 a member saves earns them an entry into monthly, quarterly and annual drawings for a chance to win cash prizes. Members can win up to $10,000 from the Wright-Patt Credit Union member-only pool and are also eligible for national prizes. Odds of winning are based on number of eligible entries received. WPCU is currently the only credit union in Ohio to offer a Save to Win account. Since launching in April 2024, 300 Wright-Patt Credit Union members have won cash prizes. The next prize drawing in July will be for cash prizes up to $5,000.

“Americans are saving less. A 2024 report from Bankrate showed that more than half of Americans can’t cover a $1,000 emergency expense. As of April 1, 2024, members of Wright-Patt Credit Union can open a Save to Win account if the eligibility requirements are met. Members can open a Save to Win account online, by scheduling an appointment at a Member Center or by calling the WPCU Member Help Center at (800) 762-0047.
