Wright-Patt Credit Union (WPCU) has been recognized as an Ohio Best-In-State Credit Union for 2023 by Forbes.
This is the third straight year Forbes has singled out WPCU for its high level of customer service and satisfaction establishing our cooperative as a true leader in helping members improve their financial wellbeing.
Market research firm Statista surveyed approximately 26,000 credit union members across the United States for opinions on current and former banking relationships. Each credit union was scored on overall recommendations and satisfaction as well as six subcategories: trust, customer service, terms and conditions, financial advice, branch services, and digital services.
WPCU scored exceptionally well in all areas surveyed and was necessary to receive this honor; 3 percent of all credit unions in America achieved scores high enough to be recognized by Forbes.
