Wright-Patt Credit Union (WPCU®) was recognized as a Best Places to Work Honoree for 2024 by the Dayton Business Journal.
For the fifth year in a row, WPCU was named a Best Places to Work Honoree in the Large Business Category. This recognition is the result of a Quantum Workplace survey made available to all Dayton based WPCU employees. The recognition of Best Places to Work Honoree is based on how highly employees graded their employer based on: Team effectiveness, Retention risk, Alignment with goals, Trust with coworkers, Individual contribution, Manager effectiveness, Trust in senior leaders, Feeling valued, Work engagement, and People practices.
“Our partner-employees can choose to work anywhere but they choose to work here," says Tim Mislansky, President & CEO of WPCU. “Being named a Best Places to Work Honoree in 2024 shows that we are continuing to align with our vision of being the best place our partner-employees have ever worked, which in turn will allow us to be the best organization our member-owners have ever experienced."
Survey responses were anonymous and offered WPCU partner-employees the opportunity to provide feedback about their work experience. The results of the survey once again establish WPCU as a premiere workplace in the Dayton area. Founded by employees at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in 1932, WPCU began as an organization that prioritized its employees. WPCU is proud to continue prioritizing its partner-employees 92 years later.
WPCU operates 36 Member Centers throughout Central and South-Central Ohio, with 21 of those Member Centers in and around the greater Dayton area. With many of its partner-employees living in the Dayton area, this recognition shows that WPCU is committed to being a pillar in the Dayton community as it strives to serve its members and partner-employees.
