Best Customer Service Business for 2021

Wright-Patt Credit Union (WPCU) is a recipient of the 2021 Dayton Business Journal (DBJ) Business of the Year Award. WPCU was named the Dayton region's top organization in the Customer Service Business category and follows a long list of accolades over several years that recognize efforts to positively impact our members and communities we serve.  

Douglas A. Fecher, President/CEO of Wright-Patt Credit Union, accepted the award on behalf of WPCU and credited “Our 12-hundred plus employees for providing the best service to our members every day of the year." Fecher added, “Their caring and servant-hearted service makes Wright-Patt Credit Union deserving of this award."

For over 20 years, the Business of the Year Awards has celebrated the business community in the Dayton region. Each year, a combination of judges and the DBJ Editorial Board identify and nominate businesses for their excellence in the following categories: Not-For-Profit Business (WPCU winner 2019), Customer Service Business (WPCU winner 2021), Rookie Business, Executive of the Year (Doug Fecher winner 2020), Minority Business, Community Supporter, Woman Business, Family-Owned Business, Veteran Business, and Manufacturing Business.
