Wright-Patt Credit Union® (WPCU®) has upgraded our Call-24 automated phone system to a new, voice-driven system.

To ensure an improved service and experience, we've transitioned to this enhanced system, which allows you to request transactions using natural speech - just the way you talk every day.

However, please rest assured that if you prefer using touch-tone with the numbers on your phone to request transactions, that option is still available by pressing or saying 1 at the start of the call.

This exciting upgrade is designed to make your Call-24 experience faster, smoother and even more helpful.

While some prompts may sound a little different, the new Call-24 system walks you through each step using a conversational approach. You can still check your account balances, make transfers between accounts and even pay your WPCU loans or credit cards by saying things like:

  • “Check my savings account balance.”
  • “Transfer $75 from checking to savings.”
  • “Repeat, please.”
  • “I want to make a payment on my new car loan.”

Call-24 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  • WPCU upgraded Call-24 to a new natural speech-based phone system, allowing you to speak naturally when asking questions or requesting transactions. While some prompts may sound different, the same features you rely on—like checking balances, making transfers, and paying loans—are still available.

  • Our previous phone banking provider no longer supports the old Call-24 system. 

    This upgrade ensures uninterrupted service and security, with the added benefit of a smoother, more modern speech-recognition experience for our members.

  • With the new Call-24 system, your experience will feel more conversational, intuitive, and efficient. You can experience quicker account access, less steps to complete requests and a more modern voice-driven interaction. Instead of navigating throughout a touch-tone, number-based menu (e.g., “press 1 for balance”), you can simply speak naturally, saying things like “check my balance” or “transfer money to savings.” The new Call-24 system is designed to understand and adapt to your requests, making your experience faster and smoother. Please note: If you prefer to continue using touch-tone to navigate on your phone, this option is still available by pressing or saying 1 at the start of the call.

  • If you already use the service, there’s no need to re-enroll or set anything up. Simply call (937) 912-8000 or (800) 336-7277 and follow the new voice prompts to begin. 

    If you’ve never used Call-24 before, the voice prompts will guide you through setting up a PIN to securely access your account information.

  • Yes. You’ll continue to use your existing Call-24 PIN to access your account securely. If you're new to Call-24, the system will guide you through setting up a PIN.

  • With the new Call-24 system, rather than using your phone’s keypad to request your transaction, you can simply speak naturally, in plain language to tell the system what you’d like to do. 

    For example, try saying things like: 

    • “What’s my checking account balance?”
    • “Transfer $75 from checking to savings.”
    • “Make a payment on my car loan.”
    • “Repeat that, please.”
  • Absolutely. While the new voice system is the primary way to use Call-24, touch-tone (number-based navigation) is still available for members who prefer it. Simply press or say 1 at the start of the call to switch to touch-tone navigation.

  • The new Call-24 phone system is designed to be easy to use, guiding you step-by-step using conversational prompts. If you do need help, you can press * at any time to be connected to an agent during regular business hours.
