How to Make Sure WPCU is in Your Inbox

As your caring financial partner, we want to make sure all our members stay informed about the latest updates, helpful financial education, member benefits and news from Wright-Patt Credit Union® (WPCU®).

However, email services sometimes redirect our messages to secondary tabs or folders. This may mean you’re missing out on important communications from WPCU.

Follow these quick steps to ensure WPCU emails land in your primary inbox:

Gmail:

• While viewing a WPCU email, tap the 3 dots in the top right corner
• Click “Filter Messages like these” and a new window will display automatically, including wpcu@info.wpcu.coop as the “From” field, no other changes are necessary in this step.
• Next, click “Create filter” in the bottom right-hand corner of the pop-up window, and next you will see checkboxes to select your criteria
• Select “Categorize as:” and click on the drop-down menu labeled “Choose category…”
• Select “Primary”
• Finally, click the blue “Create filter” button to save your preferences.

Apple Mail:

• While viewing a WPCU email, tap the ellipses (…) menu in the top-right corner
• Choose the “Categorize Sender” option
• Select “Primary” to ensure all future WPCU Emails are directed to your primary folder.

Yahoo Mail:

• Create a filter for WPCU to automatically be directed to your Primary folder
• Navigate to “Filters” in settings
• Create a new filter by clicking “Add new filters”
• Name your filter
• Set your filter rules by including wpcu@info.wpcu.coop as the “From” field
• Next, choose “Primary” folder as your assigned folder to receive WPCU emails.
• Finally, click “Save” at the bottom to save your changes.
