*Your liability for the unauthorized use of your Card at a Debit/POS merchant is as follows: You will have zero liability for the unauthorized use of your Card provided: (1) you used reasonable care is safeguarding the Card from risk of loss or theft; (2) you have not reported two or more incidents of unauthorized use to the Credit Union in the immediately preceding 12 month period; and (3) your account is in good standing. In all other situations, the maximum liability for unauthorized transactions at a Debit/POS merchant will be $50.00.
